Chicken Dippers

- skinless chicken breast:2
- freshly grated (parmesan)cheese:40 g
- egg:1(beaten)
- plain flour:2 tbsp
- breadcrumbs:40 g
- fresh thyme leaves:2 tsp(chopped)
- oil for frying
Cut each chicken breast into half inch strip make 3 pieces appx. Now mix the paresan cheese breadcrumbs, cayenne, thyme and season. Take three shallow pots and place egg the egg, flour and breadcrumb in them separately. Dip each chicken strip first into the flour, shaking off any excess, then into the beaten egg. Finally, coat chicken in the breadcrumb mixture. Heat oil over medium flame, fry the chicken in batches until golden brown all over, drain on kitchen paper. Sprinkle ground black pepper and serve with lemon wedges.
