Cashew cookies

Ingredients:
  • Flour: 1 cup
  • butter: 1/2 cup
  • egg: 1
  • milk chocolate: 4 oz
  • sugar: 1cup
  • cashew nuts: 1/2 cup(chopped).
Method:
Cashew nut snack, roasted and salted
Preheat the oven. Sift the flour and baking powder into a bowl. Beat the butter and sugar until pale and light. Gradually beat in the eggs. Fold in the flour and 2-3 table spoons of cold water.Stir in the chopped chocolate and nuts. Drop one table spoon of the mixture well apart into a greased baking tray lined with grease proof papers. Flatten slightly with the back of the spoon.Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Leave to cool for 1 minute before transferring to a wire rack.When cold, store in an airtight container.
