Chicken Jhalfriezi

Ingredients:

  • Chicken: 1 1/2 kg(boneless)
  • Tomatoes: 4
  • Large onion: 1
  • green chilies: 3
  • Ginger: 1 piece
  • Garlic: 6cloves
  • Chilli powder: 1tsp
  • Coriander powder: 1tsp
  • Oil: 1/2 cup
  • Turmeric powder, salt and ground spices according to  taste.
Method:
Cut chicken into 1 inch pieces. Chop the onions, tomatoes, chilies, ginger and garlic. Heat oil in a large pan, fry the chicken for about 10 minutes, add all vegetables, ginger, garlic and spices, coriander, salt and cook for about 10 to 15 minutes. Stir frequently. Add the tomatoes and cook further for 5 minutes till it blends and oil leaves the sides.
