Turkey fish

ingredients:
  1. Fish: 1/2 kg(cut in cubes)
  2. soy sauce: 2 tbsp
  3. garlic: 1/2 tsp chopped,
  4. ginger: 1/2 tsp chopped
  5. onion: 2 tbsp
  6. lemon juice: 2 tsp
  7. cornflour: 2tbsp
  8. chines salt : 1/4
  9. white pepper: 1/2 tsp
  10. water:1 cup
  11. oil: 2 tbsp
  12. salt to taste
  13. tomato ketchup.
Method:
Fry fish in non stick pan, do not use spatula too much. Fry onion, garlic in oil. Add every thing except corn flour cock it for 5 minutes on low heat. Cook it for 15 minutes on low heat. Now add corn flour. Put the fish on the serving dish, pour the batter on it. Serve it white rice.
