Chocolate banana sundae

Ingredients:
1.      Banana: 2 (small slices)

2.      Chocolate: 50gm
3.     Golden syrup: 4 tbsp
4.      Butter: 1 tbsp
5.      Vanilla/chocolate ice cream: 1 scoop
6.     Almonds: 1/3 cup (ground, optional)

Method:

  • Take a bowl (heat poof) add chocolate, butter and golden syrup and keep it in the microwave oven for 30 seconds. 
  • Now mix well. Put an ice cream scoop in the serving glass, add banana pieces and 2 tbsp of chocolate sauce.
  • Repeat this step until the glass fills. Before serving garnish it with wafer and Almonds.
