Vegetable rolls:
Ingredients:
- § Chicken : 1 cup (boiled & shredded)
- § Carrot: 1 cup (grated)
- § Cabbage: 1 cup (grated)
- § Onion: 1/2 cup (chopped)
- § Capsicum: ½ (grated)optional
- § Green chili: 1 chopped
- § Soy sauce: 2 tbsp
- § Chili sauce: 2 tbsp
- § Black pepper: ½ tsp
- § Red chili powder: 1/4tsp
- § Coriander powder: ½ tsp
- § Coriander leaves: ½ cup chopped
- § vinegar: 2-3 drops
- § Wraps ( roll patti)
- § Oil: 2tbsp
- § Salt to taste
- § Oil for frying
Method:
Heat (low)oil in a nonstick pan. Add all the ingredients one by one :
- Onion and chicken shreds, now add all the spices and sauces.
- Cook for 5 minutes on low heat.
- Now put aside the pan and add vegetables mix well.
- Fill this seasoning in the wraps(roll patti).
- Heat oil and deep fry these rolls.
