Vegetable rolls:

Ingredients:

  • §  Chicken : 1 cup  (boiled & shredded)
  • §  Carrot: 1 cup (grated)
  • §  Cabbage: 1 cup (grated)
  • §  Onion: 1/2 cup (chopped)
  • §  Capsicum: ½ (grated)optional
  • §  Green chili: 1 chopped
  • §  Soy sauce: 2 tbsp
  • §  Chili sauce: 2 tbsp
  • §  Black pepper: ½ tsp
  • §  Red chili powder: 1/4tsp
  • §  Coriander powder: ½ tsp

  • §  Coriander leaves: ½ cup chopped
  • §  vinegar: 2-3 drops
  • §  Wraps ( roll patti)
  • §  Oil: 2tbsp
  • §  Salt to taste
  • §  Oil for frying

 Method:
Heat (low)oil in a nonstick pan. Add all the ingredients one by one :

  • Onion and chicken shreds, now add all the spices and sauces.
  • Cook for 5 minutes on low heat.
  • Now put aside the pan and add vegetables mix   well.
  • Fill this seasoning in the wraps(roll patti).
  •  Heat oil and deep fry these rolls.
