Spanish rice recipe

Spanish rice recipe:
Ingredients:
• Rice: 3 cups
• chicken boneless: ½ cup
• tomatoes: 2-3 sliced
• capsicum:2 sliced
• onion: 1 chopped
• ginger & garlic paste: 2 tbsp
• red chili flakes: 1/2 tsp
• white pepper: 1 tsp
• Ajinomoto: 1tsp
• ketchup: 1 cup
• water: 1 cup
• cheese: 2-4 slices
• oil: ½ cup
• salt to taste
Method:
1- Heat oil in a sauce pan. Fry onion for a few seconds and suttee’ ginger & garlic paste also.
2- Now add chicken cubes & fry for a minute.
3- Pour tomato sauce along with red chili flakes, pepper, ajinomoto and mix well.
4- Pour 2 cups of water, when it starts simmering add rice to this broth. Cook it until water dries.
5-Take an oven proof dish, pour rice in it, place vegetables (capsicum & tomatoes) on the top and cover it with cheese slices.
6- Bake rice in oven for 5-10 minutes at 200 C (in microwave oven 2-3 minutes)
