Kulfi ice cream

Ingredients:
  • Milk : 4 cups
  • Condensed Milk : 2 cups
  • Sugar : 1 1/2 cups
  • Roasted Pistachio & Almonds (crushed) : 1/3 cup
  • Nutmeg powder: 1/3 a teaspoon
  • Cardamom powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Directions:
1- In a sauce pan boil milk.
2- Slowly pour condensed milk and keep string.
3- stir and cook on medium heat until milk thickened.
4- Now add sugar, almonds, pistachio, nutmeg powder and cardamom powder.
5- Cook again for 15-20 minute again.
6-  Take it off the heat and put aside for 15 minutes.
7- Pour the mixture into the ice cream mold or in a stainless steel bowl to make kulfa ice cream.
8- Put ice cream filled molds in the freezer.
9- After 45 minutes open up ice cream molds and stir well so that no icicles remain there.
10- Freeze again till hard.
