Walnut Chocolates

Place broken dark chocolate in small container over hot water until melted. Mix in nuts and place in small foil containers. Place reserved walnut pieces on top.
Place milk chocolate in small plastic bag or cling wrap and melt over hot water. Make small hole in bag and drizzle over previously made chocolates. Yields 14.

Ingredients:
- 100g Neufchatel cheese
- 1 1/2 desserts spoon icing sugar
- 1 teaspoon coffee granules (instant)
- 120g dark cooking chocolate
- 25g white cooking chocolate, grated
- 1 tablespoon milk
Method:
Melt and mix dark chocolate and coffee granules with milk over hot water. Place in processor with cheese and icing sugar and blend until smooth. Roll into small balls and "press-roll"in the white chocolate. Refrigerate until needed. Yields 16.
