Break your fast with Lebanese Omelet
Something new for your breakfast:
Lebanese Omelet:
Ingredients:- 4 Eggs
- 1/2 c Milk
- 1 tb Flour
- 1/2 ts Baking powder
- 1/2 c Chopped scallions
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Beat eggs, milk, baking powder, flour, salt, and pepper. Mix in parsley and scallions. Heat oil in small skillet. Pour in enough mixture just to cover bottom of the pan. Cover and cook slowly until firm. Continue until mixture is finished. Enjoy this Omelet with cheese slices.
