ITs time for the recipe of Baked Alaska!

This recipe includes three flavor ice cream . You can use two or one flavor as you like. This cake can be served to 8 people. Lets check ingredients first:
1. Sponge cake (buy it or bake it): medium size
2.Ice cream: Vanilla, strawberry, chocolate flavor
3. Eggs white:4
4. Sugar: 1/2 cup
5. Stainless steel bowl(medium size)
Method:

1. Take a stainless steel bowl. Put it upside down to the cake. Now cut the cake with sharp knife according to the diameter of the bowl. Put aside the left over of the cake.
2. Now lined the bowl with plastic wrap. Make sure to have enough for over lap on the sides and fall in the center. Put ice cream (vanilla) in the bowl. Cover the side of the bowl with ice cream. Make the shape of the bowl by spreading it with spatula. You can add second flavor of the ice cream but remember use thin layer of chocolate ice cream (you can change the order of the flavor also). Now put it in the freezer for couple of hours. After two hours, we have to put strawberry ice cream. It is soften and now mold it into the center of the bowl. Put another plastic wrap on the top of the bowl to cover the it. Put it again into the freezer for two hours.
3.Making of Maringue:
Take four egg whites and put it in them in the mixer. Add half cup sugar and beat it until thick and glossy.
4. Put cake on the baking sheet or paper. Remove ice cream from the freezer and unmold it on the cake. Put plastic away .Invert the ice cream on the cake.
5. Now it time ti add maringue for baking. Spread maringue on the ice cream and cake on all the way round it. Cover the top of the cake also. Maringue is an insulation for the ice cream, so we have to cover it carefully with maringue. Put the cake again in the freezer for two hours before baking.
6. Preheat the oven to 500 degree (electric oven). Move the rack to the bottom (in your oven). This cake need nicely preheated oven. Now bake the cake for 2-3 minutes only. Please keep an eye on it because if you forget it in the oven...........you can't visit "Alaska"(I'm joking about Alaska, its all about cake). After 2-3 minutes the color of the maringue will turn brown. Remove it from the oven and slide it on the cake plate with the help of two spatulas immediately. You can garnish it with strawberry  or sauces.
