Chicken Almond with Vegetable


ingredients:
  1. Olive oil: 4 tbsp
  2. almond: 1/2 cup
  3. salt : 1/2 tsp
  4. black pepper: 1/2 tsp
  5. soy sauce: 3 tbsp
  6. chicken (boneless)cut into fine strips: 1/2kg
  7. celery: (diced) 2 cup
  8. cabbage: (shredded) 1 cup
  9. corn starch: 4 tbsp (mix well in 1/2 cup water).
Method:
Heat olive oil and fry chicken for 5 minutes. Add soy sauce, celery, cabbage, almond, black pepper and salt. Cover the pan and steam it for 10 minutes over medium heat. Now add corn mixture and cook it for 5 minutes. Serve with boiled rice.
