Chicken Almond with Vegetable
ingredients:
- Olive oil: 4 tbsp
- almond: 1/2 cup
- salt : 1/2 tsp
- black pepper: 1/2 tsp
- soy sauce: 3 tbsp
- chicken (boneless)cut into fine strips: 1/2kg
- celery: (diced) 2 cup
- cabbage: (shredded) 1 cup
- corn starch: 4 tbsp (mix well in 1/2 cup water).
Method:
Heat olive oil and fry chicken for 5 minutes. Add soy sauce, celery, cabbage, almond, black pepper and salt. Cover the pan and steam it for 10 minutes over medium heat. Now add corn mixture and cook it for 5 minutes. Serve with boiled rice.
