Coffee cake


ingredients:
  1. butter: 1 cup
  2. sugar: 1 cup
  3. flour: 1 cup
  4. baking powder: 1/2 tsp
  5. salt: 1/4
  6. milk: 1/2 cup
  7. coffee: 2 tbsp
Method:
Cream the butter and sugar until creamy. Beat the eggs well. Sift the flour, baking powder, salt and coffee together. Add the sifted ingredients altogether with eggs to the cream mixture and mix until blended after each
addition. Add more milk if the mixture is too thick. Turn it in a greased pan and bake in a moderately preheated oven for 30-40 minutes.
