ingredients: 
  1.  Beef: 1 kg 
  2. salt to taste
  3. green chillies: 5
  4. soy sauce: 2 tbsp
  5. white vinegar: 2 tbsp
  6. Chinese salt: 1/2 tsp
Method:
Boil the meat. When it turns tender, cut it into small square pieces. Now fry these square pieces. Add green chilies and fried meat into the stock and cook it until dry. Serve it garnishing of coriander leaves, lemon and tomato slices.
