Fish cutlets

ingredients:
  1. Fish fillets: 1/2 kg
  2. salt:1 tsp
  3. black pepper: 1 tsp
  4. lemon juice: 2 tsp
  5. potato: 1 medium boiled
  6. onion: 3 tbsp chopped
  7. coriander leaves: 3 tbsp chopped
  8. green chilies: 4-5
  9. bread crumbs
Method:
Cook the fish in 1 cup of water in a covered pan on medium heat along with salt and pepper etc. Cook it for 5 minutes. Then uncovered it, allow it to dry completely. Add boiled potatoes. Now  add green chilies and coriander leaves. Shape them round, dip into the egg, roll in bread crumbs. Now fry on low heat. Serve hot.
