Lahori fried fish
ingredients:
- Fish fillet(cut in small pieces): 1/2 kg
- basin: 4 tbsp
- red chili powder: 1/2tsp
- salt: 1 tsp
- dry coriander(crushed)
- anardana (dried pomegranate's seeds): 1 tsp (crushed)
- white cumin(roasted/crushed)
- egg: 1
- oil (for frying).
Mix all seasoning in a basin with a little water to make it into a thick paste. Marinate fish in this batter for one hour. Deep fry one pieces at a time. Serve with chutney or ketchup.
