Lahori fried fish

Deep frying
ingredients:
  • Fish fillet(cut in small pieces): 1/2 kg
  • basin: 4 tbsp
  • red chili powder: 1/2tsp
  • salt: 1 tsp
  • dry coriander(crushed)
  • anardana (dried pomegranate's seeds): 1 tsp (crushed)
  • white cumin(roasted/crushed)
  • egg: 1
  •  oil (for frying).
Method:
Mix all seasoning in a basin with a little water to make it into a thick paste. Marinate fish in this batter for one hour. Deep fry one pieces at a time. Serve with chutney or ketchup.
