Chapli Kebab recipe
Ingredients:
- Minced meat: ½ kg
- Egg: 1
- Mint leaves: 10-12 (fresh)
- Green chilies: 2
- Red chilies: ½ tsp
- Ginger garlic paste: 1 tbsp
- Onion: 1 medium sized
- Fresh coriander leaves: ½ bunch chopped
- Dried coriander: 1 tsp
- Cumin: 1 tsp
- Dried pomegranate seeds (anar dana): 2 tbsp
- Bread crumbs: 1 slice
- Salt to taste
Method:
1- Take a bowl or shallow pot.
2- Mix all the ingredients in the minced meat.
3- Now chop them for 10 minutes until all the ingredients chopped and mix well.
4- Make kebabs in round shape.
5- Slice 2 tomatoes and set each slice on a kebab.
6- Refrigerate all the kebabs for 1 hr.
7- Heat oil in a pan and fry kebabs on low heat. Serve hot.
Sauce:
- Yogurt: 1 cup
- Radish: 2-3 slices cut into small squares
- Mint leaves: 2-3
- Cumin: 1/3 tsp
- Salt: ¼tsp
- Blend yogurt, mint and cumin. Pour it into a bowl. Add salt and radish. Serve with kebabs.
