Chapli Kebab recipe


Ingredients:
  • Minced meat: ½ kg
  • Egg: 1
  • Mint leaves: 10-12 (fresh)
  • Green chilies: 2
  • Red chilies: ½ tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste: 1 tbsp
  • Onion: 1 medium sized
  • Fresh coriander leaves: ½ bunch chopped
  • Dried coriander: 1 tsp
  • Cumin: 1 tsp
  • Dried pomegranate seeds (anar dana): 2 tbsp
  • Bread crumbs: 1 slice
  • Salt to taste
Method:

1-      Take a bowl or shallow pot.
2-      Mix all the ingredients in the minced meat.
3-      Now chop them for 10 minutes until all the ingredients chopped and mix well.
4-      Make kebabs in round shape.
5-      Slice 2 tomatoes and set each slice on a kebab.
6-      Refrigerate all the kebabs for 1 hr.
7-      Heat oil in a pan and fry kebabs on low heat. Serve hot.
Sauce:
  • Yogurt: 1 cup
  • Radish: 2-3 slices cut into small squares
  • Mint leaves: 2-3
  • Cumin: 1/3 tsp
  • Salt: ¼tsp 
  •    Blend yogurt, mint and cumin. Pour it into a bowl. Add salt and radish. Serve with kebabs.
