Chicken sheesh Kebab recipe

Ingredients:
•chicken breast: 1kg
•hotdog rolls: 6 (buns can also be used/split open)
•onion sliced: 200gm
•fresh cream: 100gms
•green chilies: 2 chopped
•fresh coriander: ½ cup chopped
•ginger & garlic: 1 tbsp(paste)
•French mustard: 50gms (mustard sauce)
•mayonnaise: 100gms
Method:
Mix together all the ingredients, except cream & pass through a mincer twice. Remove it into a mixing bowl, add cream, salt, pepper & mix well. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Divide it into six portions. Place each portion onto a skewer & shape it into a long sheesh kebab. Grill till done. To assemble, apply mayonnaise on the bread, top with Kebab, onion & mustard (sauce). Serve with ketchup/tomato sauce.
