Meat ball rice recipe
Ingredients: • 250 grams Mutton (minced) • 2 cup rice (soaked in warm water for 20-30 minutes) • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder • 1 teaspoon coriander powder • Salt to taste • 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste • 1/2 cup oil • 2-3 Bay leaves • 2 green cardamoms • 1 black cardamoms • 5-6 black black pepper • 1 medium cinnamon stick • 2-3 cloves • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds • 1 medium size onion • 1/2 cup yogurt • Fresh mint leaves few for garnish Method: 1- Grind together mutton mince, half of red chilli powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder, salt and 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste. 2- Shape the mince mixture into small balls and refrigerate for half an hour. Now heat oil in a non stick pan and fry meat balls for 5 minutes. 3- In a shallow sauce pan heat 3-4 table spoon oil (can use same oil).
